We lovingly care for the Akmena Villas & Bungalow spaces, so we’d like to list a few little things to ensure comfort, warmth, and safety for both you and us.
Nature is good for everyone, so at Akmena Villas & Bungalow we welcome guests with children and very small pets.
We kindly ask adults not to leave minors or pets unattended, to ensure their proper behavior and safety.
Any damage to property or equipment caused by them is the responsibility of you — the adults.
If you plan to come with a pet, please inform us in advance.
The grill is intended only for cooking; we have found the most suitable place for it, so please do not move it anywhere.
At Akmena Villas & Bungalow, making a fire is allowed only in the grill and in the designated fire pit (for the location of the fire pit and if you wish to make a fire, please contact our staff).
Please do not leave the fire unattended.
Littering, throwing cigarette butts, breaking or trampling plants, or otherwise damaging the environment and property is prohibited.
Some areas are private, so please pay attention to the signs.
From 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM is quiet and rest time. Please respect us, other guests, and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
Parties and loud gatherings with alcohol are not allowed. If an event is taking place in a private area, guests will be informed separately.
Please do not invite visitors to the Akmena Villas & Bungalow area without our permission.
Please take off your shoes.
No smoking indoors — smoking is allowed outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of only in designated ashtrays.
Do not leave burning candles or incense unattended.
In cottages with a fireplace, it may only be used after prior arrangement with the Akmena Villas & Bungalow staff. Please do not light the fireplace on your own — for your safety and ours.
The beach is the green area below by Lake Akmena. If you come only to the beach, a fee applies.
There is an opportunity to go paddleboarding/SUP — these are free to use, but please return the equipment and paddles to the designated place after use.
The boat with an electric motor is available for an additional fee.
The private event and relaxation area — the sauna and dome spaces — are intended for events, sauna rental, and celebrations, with the price and number of people to be arranged in advance.
For your convenience, you will find all the necessary dishes — please leave them clean.
Trash containers are located near the main entrance to the area, next to the stone-paved parking lot.
